These terms explain when the monthly premium guarantee applies and when it does not. They are intended to keep the guarantee specific, measurable, and fair.
If Inside the Odds does not post at least £1,000 worth of qualifying opportunities in a calendar month, that month's subscription is refunded in full. Members who joined partway through the month receive a pro-rated partial refund (see “Partial-month refunds” below).
The guarantee is based on all opportunities posted by the service during that month. It is not based on an individual member's personal return.
Members who subscribe partway through a calendar month in which the guarantee is triggered shall receive a pro-rated refund calculated as follows:
The number of remaining days in the month (starting from the day after the subscription began) is divided by the total number of days in that month. The resulting fraction is applied to the monthly subscription fee, rounded down to the nearest penny.
Example: a member subscribes on the 20th of a 30-day month, leaving 10 remaining days. The refund is 10 / 30 × £199.99 = £66.66.
